The 300 m² Björn Fish & Bistro is a restaurant that combines conceptual storytelling with bold design. Sculptural pendant lights, golden mesh ceiling panels that represent the flow of the sea, and a luminous copper wall with imprinted fish-scale textures set the mood.

Dark wood tables, black chairs, and rust-orange banquettes provide a cozy, modern dining ambiance, while deep green tiles and natural stone terrazzo flooring offer depth. The concept continues into the details, such as terracotta and blue-toned toilets, carved fish reliefs, and illuminated wine displays that complete the story.
